Concord Real Estate
Refining a Legacy Real Estate Experience.
What the project needed to do.
Concord Real Estate is a large-scale corporate real estate website built on a custom theme and designed to showcase an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial projects. We joined the project to improve and stabilize an existing website that had several technical and usability issues.
Our work included troubleshooting complex problems, fixing bugs, improving the project filtering system, and redesigning selected pages to create a cleaner and more consistent user experience. Since the original custom theme had been developed by another established agency, working within the existing structure required careful debugging and a strong understanding of the codebase.
Despite the client’s initial concerns about whether the existing issues could be resolved successfully, we were able to complete the required improvements, refine the overall experience, and hand over a stable and polished website. The project concluded with strong client satisfaction, receiving approximately a 9/10 rating for the final outcome.
What needed solving
The project needed a clearer WordPress experience with stronger visitor flow, cleaner content structure, and fewer points of friction before enquiry or purchase.
How I delivered it
I planned the page flow, shaped the Elementor sections around the business goal, tuned the responsive experience, and kept the WordPress setup simple enough for the client to manage.
How the work moved from brief to launch.
Discovery
I reviewed the offer, audience, content, competitors, and launch goals so the build had a clear direction before design started.
Architecture
The sitemap, page flow, and content structure were planned around what visitors need to understand before taking action.
Design
Layouts, spacing, colors, and responsive rules were shaped to fit the brand and stay consistent across the site.
Development
The site was built in WordPress with clean Elementor structure, careful plugin choices, and the essentials needed for speed and stability.
Launch & Care
Before handover, I checked the key pages, forms, responsive states, and launch settings so the client could move forward with confidence.
Performance-minded
Image handling, plugin load, scripts, and caching choices were reviewed so the site has a cleaner performance foundation.
Editor-first CMS
The client can update key pages, product content, and calls to action in WordPress without rebuilding the site structure.
Mobile-ready
Layouts were checked for desktop, tablet, and mobile so the experience stays usable across devices.
SEO-ready
Headings, page structure, metadata, internal links, and performance basics were prepared with search visibility in mind.
Clean foundation
The build avoids unnecessary clutter and keeps the WordPress setup easier to maintain.
Built to scale
Reusable sections and sensible content structure make future updates faster and less risky.
Built with the right tools.
