Real WordPress work, built to earn trust.
Concord Property Solutions is a large real estate platform focused on helping customers buy and sell ready apartments across Dhaka. We were initially brought into the project to complete the website’s full multilingual translation, but the scope quickly expanded as we discovered several technical and usability issues throughout the site.
Using WPML, we translated the website section by section to ensure that content, property-related information, forms, and key interface elements worked properly across multiple languages. During the process, we identified several areas where sections were hidden, content was not displaying correctly, and translations were affected by existing theme customizations.
The website was built with the Houzez theme and had previously been customized by multiple developers. This made troubleshooting more challenging, as some of the existing modifications were creating conflicts across different parts of the site. We carefully investigated these issues, documented them for the client, and resolved them one by one.
Our work went beyond translation. We fixed layout and display issues, redesigned selected sections where necessary, resolved caching-related problems, and improved the overall website performance. One of the client’s key requirements was to avoid unnecessary plugins, so we completed the redesign and troubleshooting using the site’s existing tools wherever possible instead of adding additional dependencies.
Within a relatively short timeframe, we successfully completed the full multilingual implementation, resolved the reported issues, fixed additional problems we identified ourselves, and improved the website’s overall stability and speed.
The final result was a cleaner, faster, and more reliable multilingual real estate website. The client was highly satisfied with the outcome, particularly because the project delivered much more than translation alone—we helped improve the overall quality and performance of the entire website.
Concord Real Estate is a large-scale corporate real estate website built on a custom theme and designed to showcase an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial projects. We joined the project to improve and stabilize an existing website that had several technical and usability issues.
Our work included troubleshooting complex problems, fixing bugs, improving the project filtering system, and redesigning selected pages to create a cleaner and more consistent user experience. Since the original custom theme had been developed by another established agency, working within the existing structure required careful debugging and a strong understanding of the codebase.
Despite the client’s initial concerns about whether the existing issues could be resolved successfully, we were able to complete the required improvements, refine the overall experience, and hand over a stable and polished website. The project concluded with strong client satisfaction, receiving approximately a 9/10 rating for the final outcome.
